H & H Food and Kitchen

H & H Food and Kitchen manufactures food products under license. This means that we don’t set the standards by which we produce… you do! Recipes are protected under a confidentiality agreement and we follow them to the letter, ensuring the same high quality as if you’d produce it yourself; we are fundamentally an extension of your team but without the on-costs.

Our state of the art kitchen is equipped with all the necessary machinery and tools to guarantee high quality products.

Food safety is of the utmost importance to us, which is why our facility is HACCP certified. This means that any and all products we manufacture carry the same HACCP certification, giving you a distinct advantage with potential stockists.

“Echidna Walkabout has been happily utilising the services of H & H for over 15 years. As a “wildlife in the wild” tour operator we bring thousands of people into the Geelong and Lara region each year. H & H provide us with exemplary catering services for both light refreshments and for complete functions including full meal services for up to 120 people at a time. These services are supplied in an often challenging outdoor environment; they have never let us down even in the toughest conditions.

H & H’s relationship with us always been professional and friendly. They’ve always been punctual both in taking bookings and in providing services, nothing is too much for them to consider. A great family business with an eye to detail.”

H & H have always gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us.
The service is impeccable and the products they produce for us are top notch.
We are always greeted with a friendly smile and firm handshake not to mention their turnaround times are on point.

We have worked with H & H for over 5 years and it has truly been a great business venture as they have allowed us the time to focus on other core elements of our business leaving us with ease that they will get the job done !

Thanks HH!

“Full of Grace has been in a partnership with H & H Corporation since November 2013. During this time, they have baked my granola to the highest standard and always kept the integrity of my brand at the forefront of manufaturing. They were first recommended by a friend and I was attracted to the family run nature of the business. Four years on however, it is now their expertise in baking the product and professional approach on every level that has kept the partnership as strong as it is today. H & H Corporation have a can-do attitude and this was evident when I first approached them to get my granola brand ACO certified. This was a complex and time consuming process but one they were willing to do to give my product ACO accreditation.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How long until we can get production underway?
A. Once everything is finalised, ie. pricing, where ingredients are purchased, contract signed, then straightaway. This will vary depending on scope of works and its complexity.
When can I expect a proposal for the manufacturing of my products?
A. Please allow two (2) weeks from the time your information is received by us.
Am I required to be in the kitchen?
A. Only to provide initial training and once you are satisfied with how your product is being made, there’s no more manufacturing input required by you, unless you want to of course or you have a new product that has been approved and training for that is required.
Are you happy to develop new products?
A. Most certainly! If you would like us to offer suggestions or present additional items to your scope then we are happy to do this.
Do you supply custom branded packaging?
A. You will be required to do this, at your own cost, but we can offer suggestions as to where to source this.
Is my information kept confidential?
A. Absolutely! Even in our initial discussions, before anything is signed, information is kept confidential. We note that all our staff have signed confidentiality agreements and it is part of their ongoing training where they are reminded of confidentiality policies.
I need to show your HACCP certificate to my customer, is that okay?
A. Of course it is! We would be pleased to provide this.
I would like to get my products organic certified, is this possible?
A. We can work together on this and we are happy to submit the required paperwork, but will need your input for components of this. Our team will liaise with organic certifying body for this and for the scheduled audits. The cost of audits is shared amongst our organic clients.
What happens with regards to manufacturing gluten-free products?
A. We have best practice policies for dealing with gluten-free, organic and other allergen free products. We do advise, however, that we are a kitchen that produces foods containing allergens.

“I have dealt with H & H for almost 20 years now and have always found them a pleasure to deal with be it food manufacturing, catering, product development or food service delivery.

Their understanding of hospitality puts them at the forefront for me and their “can do” attitude is a breath of fresh air in a sometimes demanding industry.

I recommend them highly to any individual or business needing a reliable and professional product manufacturer or supply partner to assist with any hospitality venture.”
